RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your Co-ed purchase, however we have a returns policy in case you are not 100% happy.

Full price items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase for a refund. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. We are unable to offer you to an exchange at this time, so Co-ed suggests that you apply for a refund and re purchase your item. We offer refunds if an item is deemed faulty.

All SALE, DISCOUNT, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, HATS, SUNGLASSES item/s are non-refundable, unless deemed faulty.

Shipping items

If you wish to return an order, please login to “My Account “to book your return. If you checked out as a Guest, please use our “Guest Returns” link.

Items must be returned with tags attached and in their original condition and packaging.

Returns will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed or altered.

Please take care to ensure that the items are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
